These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Menoflow mobile application (the "App"), which is operated by Yellowstone Creative LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using Menoflow, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Purpose of the App

Menoflow is a digital wellness tool designed to help users track symptoms, lifestyle habits, and receive educational insights related to menopause, hormonal health, and general wellbeing. The App may include:

Symptom tracking
Lifestyle tracking
Educational content
Wellness insights
Informational recommendations

The App is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Menoflow does not provide medical advice, medical diagnosis, or medical treatment. All information, insights, recommendations, and educational materials provided through the App are intended solely for general informational and wellness purposes.

The App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The content available in the App should not be interpreted as professional medical advice and should not replace consultation with qualified healthcare professionals.

Users should always seek the advice of a physician or other licensed healthcare provider regarding medical conditions, symptoms, treatment decisions, medications, and health concerns.

      Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided in the App. If you believe you may have a medical emergency, immediately contact your doctor or emergency services.
    

Your reliance on any information provided by the App is solely at your own risk.

4. User Responsibilities

By using Menoflow, you agree to:

Provide accurate information where applicable
Use the App only for lawful purposes
Not misuse or interfere with the App or its services
Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the software

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any credentials associated with your use of the App.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription, offered on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off
Renewal occurs within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period

Users may manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple App Store account settings. All payments, refunds, and billing matters are handled in accordance with Apple's App Store policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials within the App — including text, graphics, software, design, logos, and educational materials — are owned by Yellowstone Creative LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yellowstone Creative LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use or inability to use the App, reliance on information provided in the App, inaccuracies or errors in content, or interruptions or technical issues. Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Menoflow provides educational insights and wellness guidance. However, individual results may vary, and the Company does not guarantee any specific health outcomes from the use of the App.

9. Modifications to the App

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time without prior notice. We are not responsible if the App or any feature becomes unavailable.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if a user violates these Terms or misuses the service. Users may stop using the App at any time.

11. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use information.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes occur, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
